We are looking for someone creative to make our office a fun and productive place with regular team events and always enough snacks. We also require someone reliable and proactive to support our management team with accounting and bookkeeping.scalable minds build image analysis software tools and services for life scientists specialized in connectomics - helping scientists make breakthrough discoveries with massive image datasets.

What You Will Do

● Organize fun team events and engaging company off-sites● Make the office a productive space for everybody● Support accounting and payroll processes● Help with event planning & travel preparations

● You like dealing with people and bringing joy to their life● You are not afraid to take on responsibilities and make decisions on your own because you apply common sense to all your tasks.● You work proactively and independently and you constantly aim to improve the processes you are working on.● You have ideas and opinions of your own and are not afraid to voice them.● You have strong oral and written language skills in German and English
